If you are worried that your vehicle may have a recall, please contact us through the form below. Once your information is submitted, a member of the Service Department will contact you regarding any recalls your vehicle may have.
You may have heard about automakers cutting production as they deal with a global shortage of computer chips. The worldwide microchip shortage can be traced back to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Stopping production of new cars has depleted the availability of service loaners as dealers inventory levels drop.
To alleviate this shortage, we can provide alternate transportation such as a rental cars, when available, for customers who services are expected to be 2.5 hours or longer. For customers who do need to drop a vehicle off while being serviced, we can provide shuttle service within 10 miles of the dealership. We hope to have increased inventory levels soon so we can replenish our service loaner fleet, but in the meantime, we thank you for your patience as we navigate through these pandemic struggles together.
