Not your typical shady dealership. After shopping around dealerships for a lease, this place had better deals than even lower tier brand names. Walked in to inquire about a special and Sofia and Kaezarr were able to help me out and sweeten the deal. Was able to lock in a really good 2 year deal. Had the absolute best experience. I was a faithful Lexus owner for 15 years and my dealer retired 5 years ago we jumped ship to Porsche and Escalade ESV. We loved both cars but still felt like.... is there some even better out there. I test drove the 2026 GV80 Coupe and my husband and I fell in love. My local dealer didn't have the red on red color combo we ŵere truly hoping for and at $85-$90k settling doesn't feel good. I found out in Schaumburg here and I started chating on their website and then began working with Brandon. He was quick, honest, helpful, and made everything super easy. Since Brandon was off the next day we were coming to buy the car (we had tornado watches the night we started working on it) he had me work with Larry also. Larry helped us do the majority of the work before coming in (credit check, trade in value, etc). We had only 2 hours from walking in the door to needing to be on the road and we decided to bring our twin 8 year olds so I was nervous it was too good to be true. Larry had the car detailed and ready to rock. When we got their our financial guy (I apologize I forgot his name but I remember his a dad of a husky and lives in the city with his beautiful wife) was outstanding as well. He didn't haggle or change up numbers last minute or play the waiting mind game. He was just fantastic to work with and as a person who gets a new cars every 3 years this is a very rare find and I know we will work together soon. On the way out a different rep noticed we had the center tire pieces that act like a spinner type logo and instead of us having to come back to get them installed they brought a tech to the parking lot and did it right there and then. We got out in a little over an hour with car we get compliments every where we take it. As a person who is used to luxury experiences at high end dealership this experience exceeded my years of being catered to at a level of customer service that I didn' t even know existed. To everyone involved with this purchase and transaction I say thank you. We will be back and we will be telling everyone what a great experience we had.

I witnessed this myself. When I asked to speak with the service manager, the situation somehow got worse.His tone was condescending from the start. After I explained what happened, his response was simply “accidents happen” before walking away from me. Only after I contacted Genesis directly did he return, and even then, his attitude didn’t change. He asked me, in the same dismissive tone, “What do you expect me to do?” — not as a genuine question, but as a rhetorical one meant to shut down the conversation.When I told him I wouldn’t expect a certified mechanic at a Genesis dealership to make such a basic mistake, he responded by asking whether I make mistakes like this at my job and what my boss would do about it. That is the level of professionalism I received while trying to address a legitimate safety concern.I explained exactly what would happen once the engine warmed up and the oil that had spilled onto the block began to burn off. And sure enough, it happened — white smoke pouring across the highway from under the hood.This is how Genesis of Schaumburg handles a customer complaint: a serious service error, followed by condescension, deflection, and zero accountability. Let me tell you how Genesis of Schaumburg made my wish come true. Kyle Esler was the best I wanted me a GV70 for almost two years. Well a day before Mother’s Day my dream came true. I told him what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. Kyle listened and him and his team made me happy. The process was not too time consuming and Kyle was very patient with me. I recommend this car dealership your number one choice.

The entire experience and staff were amazing. Corey, Larry, and Kaezarr made the entire process very streamlined and straightforward. We were welcome by Kyle .Kyle was friendly, approachable and most importantly not pushy. We told him we were looking into other options and didn’t know what we were thinking of buying yet. He not only was a great listener, but was extremely knowledgable about the product. When I decided on the vehicle and Genesis Schaumburg didn't have it in stock, they found one at the Genesis dealership in Bloomington/Normal and had it transported to Schaumburg. I wanted to give the business to Kyle, and I planned on using the Schaumburg dealership for any maintenance/services. When we discovered that several of the window frames came scraped from the other dealership, I worked with Kyle and team at Genesis Schaumburg to resolve the issue, of course at no cost to me. I appreciated this. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. I am enjoying my GV80C Blk Edition, and if you are looking at Genesis vehicles, I recommend Genesis of Schaumburg. Ask for Kyle.

My 2024 GV80 Genesis had hard water spots mostly on the hood that we couldn’t remove. Fortunately we had purchased the paint protection and Genesis of Schaumburg was able to buff the spots out at no cost to us. They did a fantastic job and my car looks like new!

Just closed a deal with Eddie from Genesis of Schaumburg. My husband and I have been looking for a specific make and model SUV for about 2 years now. We’ve been in and out of dealers because of poor condition vehicles combined with sub par customer service. As soon as we entered Eddie greeted both of us with a pleasant demeanor. Negotiating was pleasant and hassle free. Ultimately agreed on a number that worked for everyone. Very clean and modern space. The woman that checked us out was also very sweet. Finally a breath of fresh air for a dealership!

The team at this dealership did an excellent job with my recent purchase. I live a bit further away and they were able to complete the entire purchase without me needing to come into the dealership. Nicely done.

I’m very impressed with your dealership, attention to detail, and care for your customers! We worked with Julian on a used Infiniti that had only recently come in on a trade. Julian was well versed in cars, and it showed. He was so helpful showing me the safety features and bells and whistles (I had been driving a 21 year old BMW with nine of these features). They wanted to change the oil and detail it and then noticed that the brakes and rotors needed replacing, so that was done at no charge to us. After bringing the car home on a full tank of gas, Julian made sure to follow up with me to ask how I was enjoying my new car. I love my car and I love my experience at Patrick Auto, and more importantly, Julian. I will recommend your dealership to everyone I know! Thanks!

Great car buying experience, our salesman Julian was wonderful. Julian only had a year of car sales, but he was very thorough and knowledgeable about the GV80. He answered all our questions, made us very comfortable with our car buying experience. There was no pressure to buy a car, there was no pressure to buy any additional warranty or maintenance package, everything was very professional. The building was very nice with music playing throughout, not that awkward silence like at some other dealerships. Julian had an open air cubicle with mesh walls, it was a very nice touch, very comforting. The GV80 prestige (blacked out) was explained to us in great detail, there was so much technology packed into that SUV, it could have been quite overwhelming. Overall our experience at Genesis of Schaumburg far outshines ANY car buying experience we have ever had.

Patrick Genesis service department is hands down one of the best centers in the Chicago area. This is my fourth G80 and they have been the most accommodating, supportive and helpful dealerships I’ve dealt with. Mike is very responsive and helpful, he keeps you updated on everything that is going on with your vehicle and is quick to respond.

Brought in my wife's 22 G70 for some warranty work they diagnosed the issue and fixed everything under warranty. The made sure she had a loaner so she could get to work. The service department was fantastic to deal with. The nice part is they didn't try to upsell a bunch of stuff while doing the work. They're honest about anything that might need to get done with no pressure to do it. Will definitely return. Unlike the other dealer in HP.

Overall fantastic car leasing experience at Patrick Genesis. Asfiya was great and went above and beyond to get this deal done. Great customer service all across the board and also shout out to the sales manager who was super helpful as well. Not to mention a beautiful and well kept facility. Highly recommended. Update: Wanted to also share, that there service department is as good as the sales team and overall experience was great. Ivan and his team treat you like family and are very thorough and accommodating. Again, the dealership is highly recommended.

All of us know what means to buy/lease a car- hassle, stress, panicking, hours of sitting in the office and feeling pressure you need this or that or dealer will not sell you car. Exploring my options around between 4 different dealers I met Kyle E from Genesis Schaumburg who nailed the project. Not only he was super nice but professional and save both of our times. Even when I came first time and said “I am not going to buy any car today but am looking for my options and would like to have some test drives”. He did not turn around and walk away. He brought his inventory, and allowed me to explore. In the next few days got email with some new cars and knowing what I liked he sent me breakdown invoice with final offer I asked for, which I was able to review in a comfort of my house. Invoice had everything clearly listed, no crazy dealers fee, he offered me deal that was hard to say no. Wow without hassle of sitting in the office, without stress and pressure, without drama. Just like that, Kyle closed the deal and made my busy day much easier than anyone else visited last few weeks. That was the best experience I had so far. Great job Kyle.

Just had service on my new 2025 GV70 from Genesis of Schaumburg. Nadia in Service was excellent to work with, and Adam was a treasure of product information that was both refreshing and helpful. Genesis of Schaumburg in my opinion is by far the best dealership in the state. The facilities have always been in immaculate condition. I always mention when I visit that I feel like royalty. Each time I have visited, all the team members are always very welcoming and accommodating no matter the reason for the visit. My visit in October was the third time I had been to the location. I have been for routine service, getting a loaner vehicle while mine was getting repaired, and now for the purchase of a new vehicle. If you are getting your vehicle serviced, it is a breeze and typically quicker than expected. When your service is completed, a team member will always go over your vehicles overall health and any findings the maintenance team found while servicing your vehicle, if there are any. Getting a loaner vehicle is very simple as well. When you call to schedule your maintenance and if you know you will be without your vehicle for 3-5 days, let the team on the phone know you would like a loaner. Typically they will ask you first if you would like a loaner and will do the best they can to get you a suitable loaner. The day you arrive for your scheduled service, the loaner vehicle will be ready for you. The person greeting you can/will show you to the loaner and answer any questions you may have. If you would like to add services to your vehicle before you leave, let that team member know and they will add it on. Once you have dropped your keys off and sign the loaner agreement, you are done. My most recent October visit was to get a routine service and a recall done. I was slated to be there for an hour, so to kill time I was looking around the showroom at the GV80s, which I had been considering switching to from my G80. Maybe a minute after I started looking around, I was introduced to Corey Paller, who was amazing and I would highly recommend. He got me set up for a test drive within minutes. Throughout the entirety of the test drive, Corey was very knowledgeable on all the details of the vehicle, and answered all of my questions. Once we got back, we went to his office to crunch some numbers to see what my options were and if it was feasible for me. Not one time did Corey try to persuade or coerce me into purchasing the vehicle. He left the ball in my court and simply gave me my options for the GV80. After some thought, I made the decision to make the purchase. Corey was eager to take me around to some of the other available color options to make sure I get what I want. The dealership currently has a large GV80 inventory so your desired color combo is likely available. Overall, the purchasing/trade-in process was by far the easiest and stress-free I have ever experienced. I would say I spent 30 minutes max with Corey after I selected the vehicle I was interested in. After finishing up with Corey, he introduced me to the finance guy (I think it was Josh?). He was an easy going guy as well which made his part of the process stress-free too. He went over everything, providing additional protections for purchase, and answered my remaining questions. I may have spent 20 minutes tops dealing with finance. Within the span of an hour I traded in my G80 and was driving off with a new GV80. My experience was utterly amazing and I have nothing negative to say about any of my visits. Usually after purchasing a vehicle I go through a phase of buyers remorse, typically because my experience was stressful and overwhelming. This time there was absolutely zero stress and I felt calm, confident and relaxed. That mainly comes down to the calm and positive attitude everybody had during my visit. As I stated at the beginning, Genesis of Schaumburg is the best. Please give this dealership a shot for your next purchase and/or lease, I don't think you will be disappointed. I have been a proud Genesis family member since 2016 with no plans to move on any time soon. Thanks for your time and sorry for blabbing 😂. P.S. Thanks Genesis of Schaumburg for everything.
